Tiebens For Hope

Hello! We are the Tieben family—Heath, Sheri, and our four children: Jacob (6), Elinor (5), Hannah (2), and Libi (1). Over the last couple years, God’s command to go and spread the good news of Jesus Christ to all the nations has become louder to us.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

We met Hope Ignited at the Global Missions Health Conference in November 2024. After several meetings with different team members and lots of prayer, our family of six will be taking the next step and traveling to Guinea, West Africa for a two week vision trip. We’re going with open hands and hearts, asking God to show us if this is where He’s calling our family. Our greatest desire is to hear clearly from the Lord and to faithfully follow where He leads and spread the good news of Jesus Christ.

This vision trip will allow us to:

• Seek the Lord in prayer to discern His call.

• Build relationships with the team and the community.

• Join in the work already happening.

• Explore how our family will serve at Hope Ignited.

• Deliver essential medical supplies.

Hope Ignited, through Sacre Coeur Pediatric Center of Excellence, is actively working to meet both physical and spiritual needs in this underserved area.
